Very nice. I've been waiting for this. I found two bugs, however. I keep my window small, so the names frequently run into the time (look at Steve Troughton-Smith):

Also, on the light variant, when you hover over a post, the name is hidden so "FAV RT DM LINK" can be seen, however on the dark variant, the name isn't hidden and the words just go on top of each other:

P.S. Is there any way I could change the font that's being used?

Open the theme files and change the rendered font. Unless the hover script is altered with a background, I'm afraid that your bug will always remain. Presumably. You're gonna have to adjust your screen size to fit.
